- Request for publicity of an association
- Statutes of the association
- Minutes of the founders meeting
- Minutes of the meeting of the interim committee
- Decision of the interim committee to authorize one of its members to apply for the registration
- List of founders
- Self-introduction document + coloured photo
- Request of exception for founders number in case the number is less than 20 members
- Copy of passport+ unified number
- Copy of Emirates ID (front and Back)

Steps to implement the service
- Submit the request via website or smart device
You must create a personal profile to benefit from this this service by clicking this link - The applicant will receive an email or SMS (if he has an account) and when the status will change
- Submitted request is received by Association department employee processes the request and then check the validity of the data provided, in case failure to provide full information, the application will be rejected
- After successful data validation it will be process by General Manager then Ministry office.
- After approval by everyone, the license will be issued to the applicant.

Service Conditions and Requirements
- .Number of founders shall not be less than twenty members.
- Member age shall not be less than 18 years old.
- Member shall have full civil capacity.
- The member shall have good reputation and has not been sentenced to a penalty of deprivation of liberty in a violation of honour crime or trust unless he has been pardoned and his criminal effects or rehabilitated. These conditions do not apply to associations composed of legal persons.
- All founding members and employees shall be nationals of United Arab Emirates.
