Steps to implement the service
- Submit the application via the smartphone or the website of the Ministry.
- The researcher processes the application and verifies the identity of the applicant.
- The form for issuing a card is to be filled out through the website•
- The concerned department verifies the validity of the request and sends it to the bank•
- After the card is issued by the bank, it is sent to service centers by representatives•
- The beneficiary goes to the center to receive the card, provided that he presents the original identity of the owner of the assistance and signs the form to receive the card.
