Inflation Subsidies: Government flexible and variable monthly subsidy for low-income Emirati families to raise their wellbeing and cope with the worldwide rise in fuel, food, electricity and water prices. The subsidies come in line with the latest economic and social developments in the UAE to meet the living standard needs and ensure that the subsidy value provided to the family is optimally used.

Subsidies details
Fuel Subsidy:
Fuel subsidy disbursed to the beneficiaries depending on the fuel rate when its price rises above AED 2.1/L. The subsidy can be redeemed via ADNOC Fuel Stations distributed all over the UAE showing Emirates ID Card.
Foodstuff Subsidy:
Foodstuff subsidy disbursed to the beneficiaries “husband, wife, children” by showing Emirates ID card when visiting “Lulu” Hypermarket (100) outlets distributed in various regions and emirates.
Electricity & Water Subsidy:
The subsidy premium deducted from the monthly bill of the beneficiary families through the concerned electricity and water authorities, namely: (Etihad Water and Electricity, Abu Dhabi Distribution Co., Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority and Al Ain Distribution Company).

The Target Audience
- All current social welfare beneficiaries of the Ministry of Community Development, Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority, Community Development Authority in Dubai and Sharjah Social Services Department.
- Emirati Family members with a total income of less than AED 25,000 per month upon the following conditions:
Families: - A family working member (husband or wife)
- A retiree family member (husband or wife)
- Divorced women or widows above 45 years old fostering children under the age of 21
Individuals: - Senior citizens
- Divorced women and widows above 45 years old
