Submitting the E-Form
- Copy of passport
- A copy of Family Book
- A copy of Emirates ID
- Medical report · Social Security card or bank card, if any pension for the Senior Emiratis. (After the approval to enter the Care House, the original documents will be collected from the service beneficiary.

Steps to implement the service
- Submit the request via website or smart device
You must create a personal profile to benefit from this this service by clicking this link - The applicant will receive an email or SMS (if he has an account) upon any change in status
- The nursing home staff will review the data submitted, in the event of failure to provide full information, the application will be rejected.
- After the success of data validation, the transaction will be transferred to a specialist
- After approval of the management and allocation of the visit program
- The file will be closed (the file will be closed after the department approval and transfer the request to the concerned authority who specialize in carrying out the visits and prepare programs due to busy schedule which will affect on the expected days for completing the service.

- Be the Senior Emiratis of the United Arab Emirates.
- That the old age of 60 years and above.
- Be free of infectious diseases.
- That his advanced age is an obstacle to work and the conduct of his personal affairs.
- That does not have a breadwinner or his serve.
- To prove social and medical needs for the detection services house
