• Steps to implement the service

  1. Submit the request via website or smart device

  2. The customer will receive an e-mail and message (if he has an account) when applying and when the status of the application changes.
  3. The Family Development Department employees will process the request and then validate the data provided. If complete information is not provided, the application will be rejected.
  4. After verifying the data, a site survey will be conducted to ensure the quality of the facility. his survey may be repeated if there is a need to repair the faults.
  5. After completing the survey, The applicant will be required to submit the initial and final documents.
  6. The license will be issued for the applicant

• Service Conditions and Requirements

  1. Local national
  2. Good behavior and conduct
  3. Bachelor of Special Education, Psychology, Counseling and Psychological Health, Sociology, Social Service or any of the family specialties related to family affairs.
  4. Providing an independent and suitable building for the Center, meeting all the technical, engineering, health and environmental conditions approved by the relevant authorities.
  5. Not less than 30 years old
  6. The license issued shall not be cancelled for violating any of the conditions and controls provided for in this resolution

  With regard to the license to provide conciliation service for the persons wishing to marry:

  1. He shall be a UAE national and owning the center in its entirety
  2. The academic qualification should not be less than the high school or its equivalent
  3. The center's work should be limited to the service of reconciliation between those who wish to marry only
  4. Not less than 30 years old
  5. Good behavior and conduct
  6. Providing an independent and suitable building for the Center, meeting all the technical, engineering, health and environmental conditions approved by the relevant authorities.
  7. The license issued shall not be cancelled for violating any of the conditions and controls provided for in this resolution
