In order to achieve the  UAE 2021 vision and the national agenda for the UAE to be the first globally in e-services KPI, the ministry of community development is adhereing to all standards issued by TDRA to accomplish the best practices in the website. In order to achieve this goal, the Ministry used the expertise to improve the user experience through UX Lab.
